Jill has always been a superb trainer but my appreciation for her expertise dramatically increased after I underwent arthroscopic surgery on my knee. She helped me rehab my knee while maintaining flexibility and strength. I am now back skiing and I have more energy and stamina then I did prior to my knee surgery! Andre Reed, MD

I’d have given up workouts years ago if it weren’t for Jill. She makes me feel like Jane Fonda. Sandra Dallas

Before coming to Jill I didn’t know what it meant to “work out.” Now I have the tools to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into day to day life and look forward to working out. Jill helps motivate you to do better and be better. Without her I would not have had the motivation to be better. Nic

After all the praise I had heard about “my trainer…Jill” from my friends, I finally went to a class. I can now honestly say, working out with Jill has changed my life. She has helped me regain my inner athlete I had ignored for many years, helped me get my strength back both physically and mentally, and has given me something to look forward to throughout my week. I have lost weight so I feel better about my physical appearance. The biggest and most meaningful (as if the above wasn’t enough) affect she has had in my life, is that she made me see somebody to find out why I had shooting pains starting my lower back and then proceeding all the way down my leg. Once I found out I had a ruptured disk, she helped me find peace and comfort with living with a ruptured disk in my back. Jill helped my back get better, not the medicine, pills, doctors, etc. Tonya Waldschmidt

Jill is awesome! I have trained with her for the past three years. Last summer she trained me for my very first triathlon and I am looking forward to participating in my second one this summer. She keeps me focused and working with her keeps me on target to acheive my goals. Diane Deeter

Jill mixes a very intense workout with a fun atmosphere. She pushes you to your fullest potential every time you are with her, yet isn’t intimidating. She helps you understand the proper technique id doing a specific exercise. What muscles you are using, what you are trying to accomplish, and the proper way to do the movement for maximum results.
