This is our comprehensive 10 week program designed to address it all. Workouts and nutrition are a focus, but we also address the reasons behind the behaviors we want to change.
Spending some quiet time alone, answering some very significant questions, we get to KNOW ourselves. We take time to assess where we are, who we are, what we want to change, and how we’re going to get there. This process can be insightful and fun!
The goal is to like who we are, in the process of becoming who we want to be. We learn to become more aware. We learn to observe, both ourselves, our thoughts, and our surroundings. We use less judgment, and more noticing.
The goal is happiness. The goal is a healthy expectation of excellence and the satisfaction of knowing we are living up to our full potential.
This process of discovery ignites our self-discipline and leads to the self-confidence needed to conquer the stumbling blocks of life.
This is a fun 60-90 minute workshop teaching 4-5 participants how to navigate the ever-confusing carbs, fats, and proteins. Each person leaves with a better understanding of which foods are what, how much they should be consuming of each, and an individual plan, including timing of meals, specific to their needs and lifestyle.
Life is more fun with friends, and if a workout is run right, the workout is usually more intense. Win = Win.
There are so many benefits of groups. We are truly stronger in numbers. We specialize in doing a LOT with very little equipment. We usually just need space.
